Most businesses strive to provide the best possible service to their customers – it’s what keeps them coming back to do more business with you. On a day to day basis though, the sheer volume of work, meeting deadlines and returning quality finished work to the client’s satisfaction means that you could lose track of whether you’re meeting client’s expectations.
So it was with great delight this week when, completely unprompted, we received two great compliments from clients. The first one made the team blush: “Just wanted to say, you have been so easy to deal with. Your website looks great, fantastic easy processes – look forward to the transcription” It’s what we aim to do with every transaction and we couldn’t have wished for better feedback.
The second one was shorter and, sweeter: “Amazing; you guys are always so on it“!
Despite the hustle and bustle of delivering for our clients regularly, it’s good to know that the work is not only appreciated but that we can sleep better at night with the knowledge that some customers will take the time to confirm that we are not only “on it” but that we’re providing great customer service.
